Landon Smith is the President of Executive Title Agency, overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic growth and expansion. He drives innovation and operational excellence while positioning the company for long-term success. Throughout his career, he has worked nationally with independent title agencies, law firms, national underwriters, and PropTech (SaaS) companies. He has successfully launched, scaled, and integrated product lines across multiple real estate verticals, including homebuilders, mortgage origination, home equity, default, loss mitigation, and REO services — serving both residential and commercial real estate (CRE) markets. Additionally, he has worked extensively with bank and non-bank loan servicers, investors, and GSEs, addressing needs across the full lifecycle of performing and non-performing loans.

Sendy Mayfield

Director of Florida Operations

Bringing over thirty years of experience in the title insurance industry, Sendy Mayfield is the Director of Florida Operations at Executive Title Agency. Born and raised in Tampa, Sendy has dedicated her career to the Tampa Bay area, specializing in closing all types of real estate transactions, including residential, new construction, and commercial properties. She is known for her strong teamwork values and enthusiasm for creating and maintaining client relationships. Sendy has a proven, award-winning history in the industry. She has been a Licensed Title Agent since 1995 and received the designation of “Certified Land-Title Closer” from the Florida Land Title Association in 2000. For Sendy, title insurance is not just a job but a passion. She works diligently to serve clients, be a wonderful team member, and ensure the success of the team and the company.

Nikey Crisler

Director of Commercial Title Insurance Operations

Bringing a mix of experience, energy, and fresh perspective to the title industry, Nikey serves as the Director of Commercial Title Insurance Operations at Executive Title Agency. With a strong background handling a wide range of commercial transactions—from office buildings and retail centers to industrial sites, multifamily developments, and land acquisitions—she is passionate about finding smarter, more streamlined ways to serve clients and partners. She believes even the most complex deals benefit from a collaborative, forward-thinking approach—and that innovation and reliability can go hand in hand. Throughout her career, Nikey has built trusted relationships across the commercial real estate world by staying hands-on, responsive, and focused on what matters most: people. She brings a solutions-driven mindset and genuine enthusiasm to every transaction.

Underwriting & Compliance Manager

Suzanne Barner serves as Underwriting & Compliance Manager at Executive Title Agency, overseeing regulatory compliance, underwriting coordination, and risk management across operations. She partners with leadership, underwriters, and operational teams to ensure adherence to state and federal requirements, audit readiness, and consistent underwriting standards that support sustainable growth. With experience in legal, title, and operational roles, Suzanne brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to compliance and process development. She will strengthen internal controls, refine documentation standards, and implement scalable frameworks that protect the company while supporting efficient closings.
