Throughout his career, he has worked nationally with independent title agencies, law firms, national underwriters, and PropTech (SaaS) companies. He has successfully launched, scaled, and integrated product lines across multiple real estate verticals, including homebuilders, mortgage origination, home equity, default, loss mitigation, and REO services — serving both residential and commercial real estate (CRE) markets. Additionally, he has worked extensively with bank and non-bank loan servicers, investors, and GSEs, addressing needs across the full lifecycle of performing and non-performing loans.​​

With 24 years of experience in the title and real estate industry, Jennifer Knudson is a seasoned expert in title operations, production management, and compliance oversight. As Vice President of Operations at Executive Title Agency, she leads strategic initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has been a proven leader, guiding teams to success, optimizing operations, and ensuring seamless transactions. Her deep industry expertise enables her to navigate complex challenges while delivering exceptional service. Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, she is always seeking new ways to refine processes and elevate industry standards.

Bringing over thirty years of experience in the title insurance industry, Sendy Mayfield is the Director of Florida Operations at Executive Title Agency. Born and raised in Tampa, Sendy has dedicated her career to the Tampa Bay area, specializing in closing all types of real estate transactions, including residential, new construction, and commercial properties. She is known for her strong teamwork values and enthusiasm for creating and maintaining client relationships.

 

Sendy has a proven, award-winning history in the industry. She has been a Licensed Title Agent since 1995 and received the designation of “Certified Land-Title Closer” from the Florida Land Title Association in 2000. For Sendy, title insurance is not just a job but a passion. She works diligently to serve clients, be a wonderful team member, and ensure the success of the team and the company.
