Landon Smith is the President of Executive Title Agency, overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic growth and expansion. He drives innovation and operational excellence while positioning the company for long-term success.
Throughout his career, he has worked nationally with independent title agencies, law firms, national underwriters, and PropTech (SaaS) companies. He has successfully launched, scaled, and integrated product lines across multiple real estate verticals, including homebuilders, mortgage origination, home equity, default, loss mitigation, and REO services — serving both residential and commercial real estate (CRE) markets. Additionally, he has worked extensively with bank and non-bank loan servicers, investors, and GSEs, addressing needs across the full lifecycle of performing and non-performing loans.

Delanie Perkins serves as Vice President of Operations, overseeing multi-state title and escrow operations with a focus on operational excellence, strategic process development, and service consistency. Delanie brings extensive experience in title operations, industry expertise, and a strong technology background, leveraging modern platforms and systems to build scalable, efficient processes.
Known for creating structure in fast-paced environments, Delanie develops strategic frameworks, optimizes technology, strengthens partnerships, and empowers teams through clear leadership and accountability. She brings a solutions-focused approach that supports consistent service delivery and long-term operational growth.

Sendy Mayfield
Bringing over thirty years of experience in the title insurance industry, Sendy Mayfield is the Director of Florida Operations at Executive Title Agency. Born and raised in Tampa, Sendy has dedicated her career to the Tampa Bay area, specializing in closing all types of real estate transactions, including residential, new construction, and commercial properties. She is known for her strong teamwork values and enthusiasm for creating and maintaining client relationships.
Sendy has a proven, award-winning history in the industry. She has been a Licensed Title Agent since 1995 and received the designation of “Certified Land-Title Closer” from the Florida Land Title Association in 2000. For Sendy, title insurance is not just a job but a passion. She works diligently to serve clients, be a wonderful team member, and ensure the success of the team and the company.
